The Anvel Lesson : Sci Fi Nation
The Anvel After Effects CD series is the only commercially available
"curriculum" for After Effects that Ive seen. It does an excellent
job of ensuring hands-on experience as there are really no passive
activities involved whatsoever. The projects are designed to look as
if they were "ripped from the television networks art department."
Motion Graphics Project Lessons: Originally Built in Adobe After Effect 7 Professional. Project files will work all the way up to Adobe After Effects CS3. Instructions will work in Adobe After Effect 7 Professional.

as the instructor goes through the procedure. However, Ive found over the years that I learn the very best when I have a project. Watching someone else do something to learnworks pretty well, but actually doing it yourself is even better. THE ANVEL focuses on
